The immaculate accommodation comprises a lounge / dining room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom.  There is a central hallway with doors to all rooms and an useful clothes cupboard.

The lounge/diner is accessed directly form the driveway via a double-glazed patio door.  It is tastefully appointed with quality antique pine furnishings.  A  television with free to view channels and a radio are provided.

The twin-bedded bedroom is provided with quality bedding and has antique pine furnishings to match the rest of the apartment, a hairdryer is provided.

The large bathroom has an attractive cream suite with gold taps and antique pine furnishings.  A good shower with a grab rail is fitted over the bath and there is a shaver socket.

All windows are double-glazed and the accommodation is centrally heated. Electricity, heating, bed-linen and towels are included in the rental.
